Our customers wanted an easy-to-use online system to track maintenance-related issues and quickly alerted the SkyCop© technical staff of the issue. We listened to our customers and responded with the SkyCop© Support Dashboard. Unlike other support ticketing systems, the SkyCop© Support Dashboard is scalable, allowing our customers to document and track an infinite number of support tickets regardless of the number of units in operation.

SkyCop incorporates CiteWrite into the MLPRV License Plate Recognition Car. CiteWrite is an e-ticket solution that quickly enables officers to transfer data recorded by the LPR into a citation. It automates the proccess of ticketing, automatically filling in the offense and offender information and printing quickly to a ruggedized Blue Tooth connected printer.
